For the last 6 years I’ve been dreaming about getting the PowerBook/MacBook Pro! I did have a 12″ PowerBook G4 for 2.5 years which was great, but wouldn’t run the Windows Bible software I rely heavily upon. Finally made the big decision – ditched all the PC hardware I had, gave my wife my MacBook and went to the Apple Store in Braintree, MA! It is a great computer – worth every penny of the $1799 (with educational discount) that I spent!
